Mission

Founded the agile ontology practice and automated the release pipeline to deploy versioned, modular domain data contracts. Re-architected monolithic schemas into decoupled semantic modules and built an end-to-end RDF tooling, mapping, and validation framework that standardized deployments across teams and streamlined customer data onboarding.

Led technical delivery for the EU Horizon 2020 RAYUELA project, coordinating milestones and integrations across international partners. In parallel, designed temporal knowledge graph forecasting models for crime solvability and prediction, productized Graph ML libraries, and delivered customer demos that secured commercial contracts alongside three patent filings.

Integrated Neo4j property graphs into Azure cloud ingestion pipelines, boosting tracking query performance by 40% over 30M+ records. Shipped document extraction pipelines that parsed patents using NLP and entity normalization to power downstream search products.
