Ingesting complex trial documents into a spatial/temporal KG to enable hypothesis generation and complex semantic search.
Traditional vector-based RAG often fails when dealing with the nuanced, multi-hop reasoning required in biomedical research. This demo showcases a pipeline that ingests clinical trial documents and structures them into a temporal Knowledge Graph, enabling researchers to perform highly complex semantic searches and generate novel hypotheses.
